How to declare Computational Neuroscience
Five steps, from requirements to ASK
Updated
You must declare a concentration no later than the middle of your fourth semester.
Five steps
- Review the requirements. Read the Computational Neuroscience ScB page in the University Bulletin. Not every course is offered every semester, so plan ahead.
- Fill out the course plan worksheet and send a copy to neuroundergrad@brown.edu. You’ll be assigned a concentration advisor.
- Meet your advisor to talk through your course plan.
- Declare on ASK. Go to Degree Progress → Declaration.
- Thinking about Honors? Fill out the Honors application and email it to the Department of Neuroscience. Note the deadlines.
